I truly enjoyed the hotel. Very amiable and excellant stuff, provided information if needed. I had a queen room included with balcony. It was in a perfect location so close to the Lake Orta, the quiet lake and other tourist areas.

The location it offers is BEAUTIFUL, just off other tourist areas, the quiet lake and Pettenasco.

The breakfast was decent, and our room had all the essentials like a heater, a safe, and a TV with multiple channels. the hotel's location was amazing—it was set in such a beautiful area! 🌟

Nice hotel with exceptionally welcoming staff for a relaxing stay. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a balcony and climate control in the room. Great food, especially fine breakfast. The exceptionally nice and perfect location for the price, close enough to the restaurant and local activities and the island. Also, right beside the lake. The venue of choice in Pettenasco;))

Spacious rooms with comfy beds, awesome location! It's super close to the lake and other popular spots. Just a 5 minutes' walk to the Lungolago 👌.

I really enjoyed the lovely decoration and ambiance of the hotel. The common areas were beautifully furnished and well-maintained, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was easy to navigate around the hotel, even for a senior like me, as there were ramps and handrails in place to assist with any mobility challenges.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there.

Sitting right beside the magnificent lake with stunning views, the location is a definite plus. You can bask in the sun or take a dip in the water in the private area with beach chairs. Plus, it's conveniently close to the Orta center, just a short drive away.

The facilities and room decor are outdated and could use some renovation.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our transportation needs, making getting around without a car a breeze. We also loved the breathtaking view of the lake from both our room and the restaurant terrace. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The decoration in the hotel was charming and created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for senior people. The general areas were well maintained and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior guests, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.

My only suggestion would be to have larger, more prominent signs throughout the hotel directing guests to the different areas. It would have been helpful, especially for senior people, to have clear signage to easily find the dining area, reception, and other facilities.

Our stay was amazing, the view from the apartment was breathtaking. We enjoyed being able to swim and relax by the lake. The staff was friendly and attentive, going out of their way to assist us with local transportation. We also appreciated the welcome drink offered upon arrival.

The noise from the nearby road, which was somewhat disruptive. the room was slightly worn out and could benefit from some updates.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel & Residence La Sibilla Cusiana. The view from our apartment was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the picturesque lake. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even assisted us with navigating the area, making our stay hassle-free. The surrounding attractions and the convenience of having a restaurant and amenities on site made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
